DEEP (TISSUE) MUSCLE MASSAGEDEEP-CLEANSING FACIAL DIETARY FIBER

A massage technique that separates muscle groups and loosens fascia (a thin layer of connective tissue) to promote realignment of the body and freedom of movement. This massage is a deep, sometimes painful kneading of the muscles. Includes Rolfing and Hellerwork.
