HERBAL WRAP (hot and cold)HOLISTIC MEDICINE HYDROMASSAGE

A treatment where the body is wrapped in warm linen or cotton sheets that have been steeped in aromatic herbs, then covered with blankets or towels to prevent the moist heat from escaping. A cool compress is applied to the forehead. Herbal wraps help relax muscles, soothe soreness and soften skin.
